Cancellation Policy

Every order starts as Processing, which means it is with us and has not been handed over yet. While it is in that state you can cancel it for any reason, at no cost.

Message us with your order number at genpillsrx@gmail.com or call +1 304 314 7696. We confirm the cancellation in writing. If you have already paid, the full amount — product and shipping — is refunded through the same route.

We pack and hand over most orders within 1–2 business days, and usually the same day for orders placed in the morning. In practice you have a few hours, so tell us quickly.

Once you have a dispatch email with a tracking number, the parcel is out of our hands and cannot be cancelled. At that point it becomes a return under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Before dispatch we can also swap an item, change a quantity, add something or fix the delivery address at no charge. It is easier for both of us than cancelling and reordering.

If the change alters the total, we will tell you the difference before acting on it. Nothing is charged or refunded without your agreement first.

Rarely, but it happens. We may cancel an order if:

• The stock turns out to be damaged, close to expiry or already gone.
• The delivery address is a PO box or freight forwarder we cannot ship to.
• Payment is not completed within 5 business days, after a reminder.
• The order looks fraudulent, or the contact details are not reachable.
• A price was displayed wrongly because of an obvious error. You will always be offered the correct price or a full refund — never a silent cancellation.

In every case we email you the reason and refund anything you have already paid in full.

Approved cancellations are refunded in full, including shipping, to the original payment method. Card and PayPal refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days; bank transfers in 3–7; USDT to the wallet you provide once the transaction confirms.

If the order was never paid, there is nothing to refund and nothing owed.
