All products are sourced from licensed manufacturers and distributors and are sold sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, exactly as we received them. We do not repack, decant, relabel or blend anything.

Most of our catalogue is everyday, non-prescription stock you can order directly from the site.

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription. Where an item requires one, place your order or contact us and we will tell you how to send the prescription for review. An order is never the same as being supplied a prescription medicine.

Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not an authorised distributor of, or affiliated with, any of these brands.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that the details you have given are accurate and that the delivery address is correct and reachable.

You are responsible for checking that the product is legal to import and use where you live, and suitable for you given any medical condition, allergy or medication.

Descriptions, strengths and ingredient information on this site are taken from the manufacturer’s own packaging and published information. We copy them as accurately as we can, but the label on the pack you receive is always the authority.

Manufacturers change formulations and packaging without notice. Product photographs are illustrative; the pack design you receive may differ from the image while the product itself is the same.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If an obvious pricing error appears, we will contact you and offer either the correct price or a full refund. We will not silently charge you more.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and set it to Processing. We may decline an order for the reasons listed in the Cancellation Policy, including stock that turns out not to be available.

Stock counts on product pages reflect what is physically on the shelf, but two people can order the last pack within moments of each other. If that happens we will tell you at once and refund in full.

These sit in their own pages and form part of these terms: Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Please do not:

• Place fraudulent or automated bulk orders.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content, photographs or product copy without permission.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Buy for resale without agreeing it with us first.

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order you placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time or lost earnings.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Products are manufactured by third parties. Claims about manufacturing quality, contamination or formulation are matters for the manufacturer, though we will always help you raise them and will refund or replace under the returns policy first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Nothing here removes any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

These terms can change. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
